Our Vision Statement
To develop a sustainable, inclusive 5 – 19 enterprise learning Journey across Oldham, Bury, Rochdale and Tameside local authorities.
Through the ELP all learners in NE Manchester will develop and realise their enterprise capabilities so they achieve economic and social wellbeing in the 21st Century.
